Health benefits of the ingredients:
- Pantothenic acid contributes to normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters. Pantothenic acid also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Stir 1.5 measuring spoons (=3 g) of powder directly into water, juice or blend it into a smoothie, yoghurt, muesli or overnight oats.
Bonus tips:
- Consume immediately after preparation, as the highly concentrated plant ingredients may become more bitter when they are in contact with liquid for an extended period of time.
