Maca Powerhouse Bircher Muesli

Fruit, oats, protein, flaxseeds and the adaptogen maca make a heavenly mix. And together they are the perfect combination for hormonal balance during menopause!
Why it's Good for You
- Maca is rich in amino acids, vitamins B1, B2, B3, and C, as well as the minerals potassium, iron and magnesium. Even the Incas valued the effects of nutrient-rich maca.
- Greek yogurt is packed with probiotics - beneficial bacteria that strengthen the immune system and help with digestive issues. They also provide an excellent source of calcium!
- Stone fruits like apricots are a fantastic source of beta-carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin, all powerful antioxidants that protect the body from free radicals.

unsweetened almond, oat or coconut milk |

raw cacao powder - add it for a chocolatey flavour |
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together.
- Stores well in the fridge overnight, so feel free to prep everything the night before.
- Add the diced fruit and XbyX Lust For Life just before serving.
